Loveless Marriage Common
Loveless marriages are all too common. Boy meets girl or man meets woman. Each feels a special attraction to the other. Mating chemicals take over. Both are caught up in a whirlwind of lust they call love. The chemicals lose effectiveness in six months, setting the couple up for failure. The couple gets engaged for a year. By the time they tie the knot neither feels love for the other. But, they go through with the marriage because Mama had gone to so much trouble. Dresses were ordered, invitations engraved, parents had invited all their friends, gifts were sent. Soon after the wedding the couple divorces. All too common.
