I teach individuals and couples the two most important relational skills in just 4 hours. Then they can use those two to resolve their other communication issues. It’s like being one’s own counselor.

What is the most important part of relationship? Talking. Talking about anything with the person one loves. Think how important it is to be able to tell the other about something small or silly. Then think how important it is for the other to be patient in talking out big issues without becoming impatient or angry. Talking can be more intimate and loving than sex or kissing.

And talking is a skill that most of us don’t learn while growing up. It’s a skill I teach in four sessions. Learning those two skills will greatly improve all your relationships.
