DOMINANT EMOTION

Dominant Emotion

The Dominant Emotion defines who a person is, how he or she feels and behaves. To be most successful in everything that one does he or she must learn what that emotion is and how to use it.

For example, Norman Cousins cured his Ankylosing Spondylitis illness with laughter because his dominant  was Joy. Many others who attempted to cure serious diseases with laughter failed because their dominant emotions were not Joy.

Each emotion that a person has expresses itself according to individual experiences. Therefore the effect of one emotion on one person will be different than the effect of that same emotion on another person

We do not get to choose which one we want. Many people think theirs is joy when it is actually hopelessness. Pretending leads to self-sabotage on many levels and chaos may ensue.
